I love pink and green. Yes, I wear mostly black, gray, a little white and sometimes a splash of pink... as in a scarf(winter) or lipstick(rarely). I know, I'm a fashion daredevil. Have you seen how many plain, solid color t-shirts I own? Enough to start my own Gap. But if I were brave and comfortable with my curves in a Gisele 'I just had a baby and it didn't hurt' Budchen way, I would wear pink and green every day. It makes me happy. It's refreshing. I feel likes it's the beginning of something exciting and wonderful. It makes me think of warm weather, cool breezes, a cocktail with a pink umbrella, feet in the sand, flip flops kicked off to the side... Ok, you get my point. I've loved pink and green since as long as I can remember. Back to the days when my hair looked exactly like Dorothy Hamill's and I had roller skates with the wheels worn down to nubs. Back to the days when shirts with alligators didn't cost 75 bucks, back when my teeth were crooked and courduroy OP shorts were the rage. And did I mentions my Docksiders with white knee socks yanked up to my knees?

Well, my hair is long, my teeth are straight and I can't bear to spend 75 bucks on a shirt, but I still love me some pink and green. Dark, light, lime, kelly, hot, bubble gum, grass... you name it.

What is your favorite color combination?

Emily, I must say your blog was the impetus for me to start a blog and publicly delve into the craft and sewing world. You always were the coolest! Send me your address so Piet can have her very own dress!
