Seven Layer Bars!
These are a Shaughnessy favorite. Many people have been asking me for this recipe, so here it is!
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in microwave. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and swirl to coat bottom and sides. Spread crumbs evenly over bottom of pan. Layer chips and nuts over crumbs. Pour milk over nuts. Sprinkle coconut over the top. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
