::New Sponsor:: Online Fabric Store.net

We have a new sponsor!!  I am really, really excited to work with our newest sponsor, Online Fabric Store, if only because they've been our biggest supplier of Amy Butler.  They have a great selection of AB fabrics at very, very reasonable prices.

BUT, when I was preparing this post, I started searching the deep nooks and crannies of this site, and WOW they have everything I need and then some.
Need pillow forms?  Done.
Need a new blade for your rotary cutter?  Done.
Felt, thread, quilt batting, Rit fabric dye?  Done and done.
But, let me tell you, though.  Beyond all those amazing supplies, they have a ton of other cool stuff!

Like printed sisal and burlap bags?

Yeah, that's right.  REAL authentic ones.  Kinda cool, right?

And btw, as I am typing this, Court (who is visiting) just asked me to make pillows for her couch out of these bags.  As Molly would say, make sure ya blog it!

Well now maybe I need pillows, too?

Need cheesecloth?  Done.  (I know, cool, right?)

And, fun, fun, fun oil cloth.

Last and certainly not least--CHALK CLOTH.  OMG.  I have about a gazillion ideas for that running around in my little brain.

So, seriously, I don't know what you are waiting for. They have got really, really fabulous supplies and materials and the prices are good.  Oh yeah, and tell them we sent you (tee hee).  And certainly look for some blog posts coming your way with this cool stuff.

Chalk cloth? Cool!

But I'm really commenting to say I DO need cheesecloth!! I found some once at a grocery store, but haven't seen it there since. I asked just last week and the checkout clerk was like, "We don't carry fabric." I had to explain that it's for straining food....

Jordan---go check it out! And be careful not to get sucked in and buy more cool stuff that you absolutely have to have for crafting;).

Hey! Thanks for visiting my blog Crafty Texas Girls. Great new sponsor- I love those bags. You asked whether I have any tips for sewing them into pillows. Well the only thing I would say is that I used a zigzag stitch. The burlap tends to wiggle and stretch, so that seems to make it more secure. Also, burlap sheds-- don't wear black when sewing!!
